NanaDew Herb Farm

Farmers Curtis and Anna Bateman grow a wide variety of organic herbs and other produce on 10 acres in Fallon, about 60 miles east of Reno.

When studying nursing at the community college years ago Anna took classes in biology from Bill Mewaldt and became interested in farming. After working 10 years as a paramedic she decided to combine her interest in medicine and start the herb farm. She interned with Morning Sun Herb Farm in Vacaville to learn the tricks of the trade.

In 2008, Anna and Curtis began supplying the coop and local farmers markets with their beautiful organic herbs and produce.
