Turkey, Tofurkey and Local Stuffing Mushrooms

This is the last weekend to get your Turkey special order in at the co-op. We currently are taking orders for Shelton’s organic hens (10-14 lbs), Shelton’s free-range non-organic hens (16-20lbs), Tofurkey vegetarian roasts and Celebration Vegan Field Roasts. Please call or come down by no later than Sunday at 8 p.m. to get your order in. All orders arrive on Tuesday the 23rd.

You can also order a pound of specialty Local stuffing mushrooms from Nevada’s Own, stuffing recipe included!!

The Fall/Winter Newsletter is fresh off the press! You can view the online version OR come to the co-op this weekend to pick up a copy. This issue is filled with a lot of great recipes, info about the co-op’s move, our local food shed and more!

Raw Cheesecake

Your co-op just started carrying Raw Vegan Cheesecake from Earth Cafe…you can find delectable flavors like pumpkin spice, rockin raspberry, strawberry fields and carob mousse all in our our refrigerated section!

Swap-n-Trade this Saturday

For anybody who wants to share or swap clothes, books, household goods and more come down to the co-op parking lot on Saturday, Nov. 20th from noon to 2 p.m. for this month’s Swap-n-Trade. Any items remaining will be taken to the local thrift store and donated. Weather Permitting, call the store if you are unsure.
