One of our Wellness Staff favorites is Rosemary Gladstar’s Herbal Recipes for Vibrant Health! This book serves both as a reference and recipe guide. Gladstar invites readers to approach health care by considering herbs, teas, tonics, salves, oils and tinctures. Her style is inviting and the recipes are accessible for beginners. Breaking down chapters to address conditions and concerns (from Personal Care to Cold care), Gladstar proves that herbal remedies are easy to incorporate into your life!

Dried Hops

Dried Lavender

Dried Roses

And a couple of drops of Lavender essential oil!

Make sure to securely close the pouch and slide it into your pillowcase before you go to bed! This mixture will help you relax and fall into a peaceful sleep :)
