RICOTTA! RICOTTA! A Cheese Making Workshop

ba2d7bb5-d97e-4586-823c-166f9c5e657aA Local Artisan Cheese making Workshop held upstairs at the co-op on Saturday, April 25th at 10:00am for a journey into cheese making. Rebekah Stetson-May of Sunny Day Organic Farms will be instructing a short and sweet course on making ricotta from her fresh from the farm organic goat’s milk. The class is $10.00 and each student will leave with a 1/4 lb of fresh cheese!
