Unlike most grocery stores, we bake all our croissants, pastries, and desserts in house, fresh daily. We use all organic ingredients except for our gluten-free flour. Our amazing vegan treats are made with Miyoko’s organic vegan butter, a delicious coconut oil based butter that makes croissants so good you won’t know they’re vegan.
