Here we are again… though I will say that things are feeling quite a bit more in sync this week. I’ve discerned the notable differences between the root looking member of the cabbage family (kohlrabi) and the traditional French tossed stew (Ratatouille), no more ordering comfort food from a veggie wholesaler for me. To add to that, I’ve recently learned that there are farmers in NV growing Hawaiian ginger. I made a super good salad dressing that thought I’d pass it along.
